My final post of this 3 Day Quote Challenge focuses on a subject that remains close to my heart.  There have been a number of times in my life when I could quite easily have just given up or walked away, because the circumstances have been extreme.  And when I examine those times with hindsight now, I can see that one of the things that provided me with the fortitude and staying power I needed to see things through was a sense of humour.

That’s not to say I crack jokes willy nilly, I do not; I’m completely useless at remembering punchlines.  I can, however, find a funny side to almost every situation, which somehow then provides me with an opportunity to step back and find a common sense solution.  So Day 3 is on the theme of humour.
