It’s late. Still in front of my computer working. This is a quick sticks pudding in a favourite seaside dish – raspberries, vanilla ice cream and grated galaxy chocolate, with a few chunks on the side. It goes well with the jazz that’s playing softly in the background. Happy Tuesday evening everyone.
